We warrant that our tooling meets the agreed specifications at the time of delivery. Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by detailed usage information for evaluation.

Vinod Industries is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Liability is limited to the value of the specific service or product supplied.
