Refund & Cancellation Policy
Vinod Industries manufactures precision, custom-made gear cutting tools. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to support transparent engagements while acknowledging the bespoke nature of our products.
1. Order confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quotation or purchase order along with the agreed advance payment. Production begins only after confirmation.
2. Cancellation requests
- Within 48 hours of confirmation: Orders may be cancelled with a full refund of any advance paid, minus bank charges if applicable.
- After 48 hours: Cancellation is subject to recovery of costs incurred for design, raw materials, tooling, and scheduling.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@vinodindustries.shop.
3. Refund eligibility
Because our cutters are custom-built, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Eligible scenarios include:
- Products not matching agreed specifications and confirmed through joint inspection.
- Services that have not commenced, provided cancellation terms are met.
4. Inspection and remediation
If a product does not meet requirements, clients must notify us within 7 days of delivery with detailed observations. We will inspect, provide corrective action, repair, or remake the tooling as needed before considering refunds.
5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.
6. Non-refundable items
- Completed design engineering services.
- Custom tooling already manufactured and accepted after joint inspection.
- Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client (coating, heat treatment, logistics).
